**Job Summary**:The Level 1 Support Technician will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients who rely on CCTV, alarm, and access control systems. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you will help troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software-related problems, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of security systems.**Key Responsibilities**:2. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided to clients.3. **Installation and Configuration**: Assist with the installation and initial configuration of security systems, ensuring they are set up correctly and in compliance with industry standards.4. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with Project Management Team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.5. **Equipment Replacement**: Assist with the replacement of faulty hardware components and ensure proper documentation of replaced parts.**Qualifications**:- Relevant technical certifications in CCTV, alarm, or access control technologies preferred.- Prior experience in technical support, preferably in the security industry.- Familiarity with CCTV camera systems, alarm systems, and access control systems.- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation if required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Pretensiones SalarialesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
