Strong corporate finance, credit, and transaction execution skills are required. Corporate Banking and Investment Banking experience is preferred. Prior banking experience in Malaysia with strong knowledge of the local market.Core Responsibilities:Define, lead and execute the Malaysia expansion strategy end:to:end by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organizationDrive the talent agenda by hiring a diverse team of bankers and support staffsEstablish a strong partnership and dialogue with local management including but not limited to the Senior Country Officer / Senior Management to ensure alignment on business strategy, priorities and client selectionInstitute a sound governance model compliant with local regulatory requirements, risk and controlsIdentify, pursue and close solution opportunities for clients/prospects utilizing a broad range of financial products and servicesOriginate and manage complex, multi:product client relationships as the primary relationship managerCoordinate the business acquisition, implementation and service efforts of multiple internal business partnersProactively market clients and prospects; represent CCBSI's Banking Group in
