Do you want to make a meaningful impact in society and be a part of a community that promotes gender equality? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you!We're looking for a volunteer like you to create compelling social media campaigns and communication materials for our partner Demus. You'll be responsible for contributing to the production of eye-catching graphics and videos to promote their message.DEMUS is a Peruvian feminist organization that fights against the hegemonic culture that supports machismo, heteronormativity, classism, racism, and other forms of discrimination. They work towards making the violation of women's and LGTBIQ+ people's sexual and reproductive rights more visible and demand justice for them.**As a volunteer, you will**:- Design and produce graphics and audiovisual content for Demus' social media campaigns and communication initiatives.- Contribute to the development of communication materials for important occasions.- Provide support for Demus' communication activities on social media, as well as in collaboration with partners in different regions, and with Cuso International and GAC.**Essential Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in communication, advertising, journalism or other creative fields.- Proficient in the design and use of audiovisual tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or other video editing programs- Experience and/or studies related to feminism, gender and human rights are considered an asset.- Able to handle digital image cropping and utilize graphic manuals and templates- Proficient in managing Twitter, WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktotk and YouTube**Essential Background**:- Proficient in developing graphic and audiovisual content for social media platforms.- Skilled in creating informative and educational materials.- Strong writing and editing skills for creating social media content.**What's in it for YOU?
