They will be collaborating with a legal team or work independently to draft the contract. They will also be the focal point ensuring that Viamo procurement processes are running smoothly and accurately.Key Responsibilities1. Contracting:Preparing contractual agreements using contract request forms.Creating and updating Viamos contract for suppliers and customers to meet the legal requirement.Collaborating with a lawyer/ consultant expert in the development of the contract if necessary for lawful consideration.Ensuring contractual terms and agreements are written in a legally binding language and are in line with the customers and suppliers.Assisting the programs team or Business Development team in fulfilling the terms of contracts.Working with the Director of Compliance and Administration in resolving contractual issues on mutually amicable terms in case of necessity.Reviewing contract terms andconditions to verify that they comply with company policies and all applicable following country laws and regulations.Clearly explaining contract terminology to the programs team and business development or any other interested parties in simplified language.Monitoring timely progress in completing and submitting drafts and documents.Proofreading, editing, and fact:checking legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to a style guide provided by the client,Conducting data analysis and updates.2.
