With Nestle, you are enabled and encouraged to grow not only as professionals, but also as people.We are looking for Costing Specialist who will perform dedicated costing process and activities within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and according to best costing practices so as to provide accurate, quality and specialist support in terms of cost analysis and insights of costing variances and benchmarking for decision making.A day in the life of...Project SavingsKey contact point on Supply Chain savingsWork with HOD to validate savings(Logistics, O2C, procurement, DSP, IMS)Monthly update of project status to relevant stakeholderReportingAssist Supply Chain controller in TDC MYSG reportingPrepare Zone reporting for SC ControllerAssist the Logistics Controller with monthly meetingFixed Distribution ExpensesManage FDE cost center reportPrepare yearly budget for all logistics cost center including analysis and presentationComplianceAssist Logistics Controller in advocating compliance within Physical LogisticsWork with HOD to identify relevant gaps and define action plansFollow up on closing of action plan on audit and other gaps previously identifiedCapex and Fixed Asset ManagementRegister WBS element in Project builderWork closely with engineering team on asset registration and plan capitalizationTo ensure yearly asset sighting is done according to SOPMonitor plan CAPEX vs Actual spend and trigger if any potential gap every monthWhat will make you successfulMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar discipline (e.g. economics, etc.)Prior experience as Costing Analyst or Decision support analystExperience in Manufacturing and Other Costing functions in the FMCG IndustryGood knowledge in SAPProficiency in Microsoft tools especially Excel and Power BiShould be able to handle large amount of data
