Pre:authentication of user identity and Safe guard user and clients sensitive information.- Document investigations comprehensively through written reports. System navigation on workflow and required documentations.- Assist with escalated issues and initiate the user dispute request process. Promises and associated behaviors that will be expected to hold accountability and maintain consistency on a high standard of services. Ensure making correct expenses decisions and record all the actions correctly according to the policies. All interactions are meet clients professional standards.- Educate users on how to maintain security and safety.- Interface with internal communications and eloquent in writing communication.- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management Systemof TDCX.Who are we looking for?- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
