This role demands coordination between the Iquitos office, the Lima office and the vessel. Leadership is essential to exert a healthy influence on the team in charge. As a result, the ratings for the given service obtain high scores, evidenced in our comment cards.**The Day to Day**:- Exercise leadership in handling crew members' responsibilities.- Ensure guests' satisfaction in every of their request.- Coordinate with the captain about the voyage to be made.- Carry out the briefings to passengers.- Prepare the operational report on incidents.- Be in charge of closing consumptions of POS.- Based on ISM certification: Be responsible for the evacuation of all passengers on the ship in case of emergency. Supervise compliance with the stipulated system standards.**What are we looking for?**- English speaker or fluent level proficiency.- Fluent in Spanish.- Willing to relocate to Iquitos, Peru.- Technical or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Hospitality or Tourism Management.- 3 to 5 years of work experience in luxury hospitality or cruise industry.- Proven track record of leadership with a minimum of 1 year of experience.- Proficient in computer skills and numeracy.- You enjoy speaking and sharing your knowledge with customers.- Customer Service capabilities, able to deal with a variety of clients and strong multi-tasking skills.- Attention to detail and ability to plan ahead.
