We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Tax and Administrative Specialist. This position is integral to our success and offers a unique blend of responsibilities including data entry for tax preparation, bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and client engagement.**Roles and Responsibilities**:**Tax Data Entry**- Data entry for tax preparation using client documents to input data into tax return software.- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate and complete tax returns.- Learn about tax regulations and stay up to date with relevant changes.**Financial Transaction Recording**- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.- Generate financial reports as required.**Administrative Duties**:- Follow up with clients to ensure they have provided all necessary paperwork for the return.- Keep internal teams informed of project status and address any issues promptly.- Participate in regular virtual calls with the team during EST working hours.**Skills**:- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Ability to manage time effectively.- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar discipline.- Tech savvy.- Professional working experience (1 year).- Advanced English (required)**Technology**:- QuickBooks.- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word).**Physical Setting**:Fully Remote.**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break.**Salary**: S/.3,500.00 - S/.5,197.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 01/12/2023
