You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.**What We're Looking For**:- 5+ years of Data Engineer experience.- Experience leading teams is a must.- Proficiency in Python, AWS, Lambda, and Terraform.- Meaningful experience with Data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and SQL-based technologies.- Proficiency with Airtable.- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, capable of guiding and motivating teams composed of both Data Engineers and Business Intelligence analysts.- Advanced English is required.- Experience working on large, complex systems.- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.- A four-year college degree is required.- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
