Data Management Executive, Commercial Banking :

Investigate and resolve any customer tagging issues.Extract data and prepare report for Operations Management Reporting.Develop initiatives to enhance the performance of Front Office to maximise efficiency.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various units in the Division.Ensure that accounts are reviewed on a timely basis and that ICRES system is updated accordingly.Extracting and analysing Collateral Data from the Loan Originating System (BCS) and 1 Platform and liaising with Front Office to rectify any errors.Liaising with Business Units, I:CIMB and other stakeholders to ensure that Quit Rent and Assessment for proffered properties is up:to:date.Updating credit decisions from Approving Authorities into LOS on a timely basis.Provide occasional guidance or other support as per request from various unit within the division.Perform and extract specific reporting upon request.Liaison with various parties in CIMB Business User groups to capitalise further on the capabilities of the system as a management toolParticipate in process improvement initiatives for the department.Liaison between Internal and External auditors and ensure that queries are responded to accurately and on a timely basis.Any other responsibilities as assigned by Head, Middle Office from time to time.
