Fluent in both English and Spanish.2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Marketing.3. Minimum of 3 years of prior experience or a relevant degree.4. Excellent design skills, proficient in Adobe, Photoshop, and Canva.5. Proficient in social media content creation, including posts and video editing.6. Comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT and others.7. Expert in managing all digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Demonstrated proficiency in growing Facebook pages and YouTube accounts is essential.8. Consistently engaging with and expanding the audience on all social media platforms, including likes, comments, DMs, etc. Achieving at least 300 interactions per day.9. Proven experience in lead generation through digital marketing channels.11. Expertise in social media, with a focus on building engagement.12. A positive and proactive attitude, always looking at the glass as half-full, with great initiative.13. Flexibility and responsibility, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.14.
