We are looking for an IT expert to join our team responsible for new vehicle sales, customer service and customer experience.**Job Description**:Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing and customer experience (CX) initiatives and digitalization strategies to support sales and customer service initiatives as an automotive manufacturerWork with business units to drive digital transformation, project planning, and systemization projectsManagement ofproject teams, including development suppliers and external consultantsPlanning of IT system strategies and promotion of platform modernization, etc. Responsible for driving IT projects, especially in the areas of sales, customer service, and customer experience (CX) for domestic and overseas markets.Expectation management for business partner strategies, measures and IT servicesBudget and time management for project and system operation. Support the team in charge to ensure the handover of operations to the functional areas.**Qualifications**:Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree, Master's degree or PhD.
