We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.**What would your role look like?**Responsible for Documentation Specialist in LATAM Responsible for product information requests, questionnaires and sign product specifications to our engage customers using your global expertise and sharing best practices with our local teams.**Who are we looking for?**A Documentation Specialist in LATAM, Responsible for creating and maintaining product documents and labels for our product portfolio to ensure technical and compliant information covering business needs performed by defined work processes.To have success in this position we are looking for an experienced professional to perform the following functions:- Wercs system owner (template manager)- Creating and maintaining product documentation (both pre-docs and final docs) for customizations, new developments and existing products integrated in the global system.- Responsible for Change Management related to product documentation- Responsible for issuing Color Product News periodically to communicate product documentation changes and related updates- Support on product documentation and label requests in the Global Product Documentation mailbox and Salesforce cases- Follow relevant procedures according to standards established by the Quality Systems; ISO, HACCP, GMP.- Back-up: Nicelabel (label system)**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**- Academic degree in a scientific discipline.- Previous experience working in a food companies.- Advanced/Fluent English: comfortable working in an international environment- Working knowledge of HACCP plan (PRP, OPRP, CCP) manufacturing processes, production technology, products, raw materials and quality, food safety and safety issues, local and global Food Safety legislation and regulations- Working knowledge on FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 certification process- Application Deadline:- Job ID: 2159- Location: Valinhos, BR, 13278-327 Lima, PE, 15012- Job Posting Function: Quality / Control / Health & Safety
