If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.JOB SUMMARY:We are in the search of a General Manager who is in charge of the following responsibilities:Manage and supervise the operation and management of the hotel.:Elaborate an annual budget and capex for the corporate office.:Superviseand approve the financial:banking operations of the hotel.:Represent the hotel before authorities and public/legal procedures.:Approve the requirements for the purchase of operating assets, products and/or services required by the different areas of the hotel.:Participate in the personnel selection processes in coordination with the Head of Human Resources and Head of the area involved.:Sign checks for payments to suppliers, services, etc. in coordination with the Head of Administration and Finance.:Coordinate with Corporate Management to establish service policies and execute them.JOB REQUIREMENT:Graduates of Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or related careers.:Advanced English.:Minimum experience of 10 years leading hotels.:Experience in luxury hotels:Advanced SpanishThis company is an equal opportunity employer.frnch1
