Job DescriptionThis F2F assignment will be implemented in San Martin, Peru. The goal of this assignment is to support the members of the AMUJENP and chocolate entrepreneurs of Tocahe who work in cacao with the production of chocolate confections.The Volunteer will:Increase participants' knowledge about high quality chocolate and other cacao derivates production processes and standards Develop participants' skills to develop chocolates beyond tablets like bonbons and other cacao derivates Provide standards for AMUJENP members' knowledge on how to produce chocolates
