Field Operations Inspector, Peru (Temporary)

At the intersection of Technology, Finance, and Agriculture, the ProducePay marketplace is building a better supply chain for fresh produce, creating transparency and placing trust at the center of every transaction.**Responsibilities**:- The Field Operations Inspector will be in charge of evaluating fields and monitoring them once the grower is enrolled with our company- Perform site visits to our potential clients' fields to validate the feasibility of agriculture projects- Monitor our formal clients and analyze the status on the whole operation financed by ProducePay- Create accurate site visit reports in a timely manner- Share ideas regarding the projects with internal stakeholders**Requirements**:- Agricultural Engineer, Agronomist, or similar training- English comprehension- MS Office skills- Good people skills- At least 3 years of experience with fresh produce crops, fields, packing processes and best practices- Availability to work on a 6-weeks project that might be extended up to 4 months, starting in September 2023
