The Walt Disney Companys Media and Entertainment Distribution DMED is a new, global business segment for The Walt Disney Company that is responsible for all monetization of content:both distribution and ad sales:and oversees the operations of the Companys streaming services, including Disney+ including Star and Disney+ Hotstar internationally, Hulu, and ESPN+ and domestic broadcast and cable television networks. DMED brings together the Companys best:in:class product, technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization,with the goal of expanding the footprint of Disneys world:class content and beloved brands and delivering highly:personalized entertainment experiences to diverse consumers around the world. DMED works in close collaboration with Disneys Studio, General Entertainment, and Sports content creation teams on programming and marketing for the streaming services and networks.DMED is seekinga Finance Manager that will play a key role in supporting the Direct:to:Consumer Business. You will play a key part in providing strategic support, financial analysis and forecasting support to drive our subscriber engagement and retention. As a result, you will be the lead day:to:day Finance partner for the Engagement and Retention Marketing to lead impactful user and financial analysis. The right person for this role has phenomenal analytical skills, is an excellent communicator, sets a high bar for him/herself, and must display initiative in anticipating and exceeding the business demands of the key business operators.
