This makes our Customer Services department highly profitable and therefore one of the most important areas within the organization.**Job Description**:You will be working as a flying doctor to troubleshoot critical customer complaints for zero emissioncommercial vehicles to ensure maximum customer uptime.The team you will be joining consists of highly dynamic, diverse and experienced individuals who constantly challenge the conventional thought processes in a traditional industry.**Responsibilities**:Flying doctor support to all customer eVehicles in case of vehicle break down.Respond to the market complaints remotely on timely manner to keep minimum vehicle breakdown time.If issue can't be resolved within CS then escalate the issue to RD and QM.If problem can't be resolved remotely then visit the customer location for interim corrective action/repair instruction.Provide support in terms of interim corrective action or repair instruction in case of eVehicle break down.Consolidate all the field issues which have occurred in past with problem definition, interim corrective action, root cause analysis and permanent corrective action.Share it annually with all the market as a lessons learnt best practice.Escalation of unknown or first time market issues in headquarter for root cause analysis and corresponding permanent corrective action.Gather market information and critical failure information like CAN traces on the field complaintEscalate the field complaint in Shiwake meeting for issue resolution.
