Join us.**Job Description** AECOM is seeking an experienced Geometric Design Manager to work in Lima, Peru.****Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team.- Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.- Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.- Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.- Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.- Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.- Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.- Prepares technical specification sections.- Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.- Performs various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.- Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.- Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.- Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.- Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.- Works under mínimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.- Manages group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**:- BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.- High level of English.- Knowledge of BIM 360.**Preferred Requirements**:- BSc. Civil Engineering.- 15+ years of general experience with more than ten years of experience in geometric design of linear works.
