Global Logistics Manager:Demo Loan ServicesCiscos Demo Loan Services (DLS) is looking for a dynamic supply chain professional to manage the warehouse and logistics providers for our global service delivery.What Youll DoThe main responsibility of this role is to manage outsourced warehousing and transportation providers for demonstration equipment order fulfillment. This person supervises two distribution locations and the carriers and brokers for the delivery and returns of demonstration units.Our organization ships about 4,000 orders per quarter with 30 of which are international.driven with a can:do attitude, collaborative style, and a high:energy approach. The job requires the ability to influence across organizational boundaries to build consensus and drive action.Core Responsibilities:Conduct weekly operations reviews and quarterly business reviews with vendors/service providers and drive corrective actions if necessary.Evaluate the performance of vendors/service providers and manage partners to achieve or exceed contractual KPI levels.Drive initiatives to improve our supply chain operations in terms of costs, efficiency and quality.Identify, document, and implement improvements to the operational business processes.Define and implement processes or process changes between warehouses, carriers, and customs brokers.Initiate claim processes with vendors/service providers when needed.Review, validate, and approve invoices for services.Who Youll Work WithWith a global presence, the DLS team combines the broad reach of a large organization with the strengths of a small, tight:knit group, comprised of individuals with dynamic professional and personal backgrounds.In this small company environment, each person has the rare opportunity to contribute significantly on both strategic and Importante empresa levels.
