Your 'day to day': Achieve the objectives of the distribution channel and design the plans with the sales manager to capitalize on long-term opportunities. The most important deliverables of the role are compliance with KPIs such as Volume, Coverage and product mix at the point of sale. Align the objectives and strategy with the distributor to reach the distribution and volume objectives of the territory or area. Achievement of sales target in value and volume, must generate action plans aligned with the distributor to close the gaps, and define the channel's agenda. Define the plans to get the results thar the RTM defined by the sales manager must have, for example the widest possible distribution with our products. Mix of the portfolio product, find the ideal mix following the portfolio strategy by point-of-sale segment. Collection, recovery of the channel's credits and to achieve an adequate behavior in the entire client list. Compliance with the visibility strategy, especially focusing on getting to capitalize on availability opportunities. Who we're looking for: - A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in mass consumption and retail companies, managing salespeople and customers directly and indirectly.
- At least 2 years of experience as sales executive, or in commercial areas.
- Strong organizational, effective communication and complex negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills and dealing with numerical data capable of operate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate English level is required.
