As Head of Acquisition, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing a diverse, high:impact team of professionals who will tackle all the challenges of a competitive market and bring our marketing to a new level.About the Growth Department:This department was created as a result of the integration of eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams.Growth, together with the Operations Department, is responsible for guiding the user through the complete user path. The primary responsibility of Growth is to reach sales goals by building state of an art acquisition funnel and improving conversion rates across the whole funnel.Main Responsibilities:Development of customer acquisition and retention strategy across all aspects of online marketing including PPC, SEO and paid social,Management of all digital campaign set:up across core digital performance channels,Management of team to drive campaign performance and delivering accurate pacing and KPI goals,Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaignsWork closely with the CRM and BI team, develop a solid data:driven marketing approach, and systematically track and analyze our marketingperformanceto provide actionable insights and solutionsImprove our understanding of the Tylko customer and aim to deliver consistently the best message to the right customer at the right timeWork closely with Brand Marketing Team to align global acquisition strategies and goals;**Requirements**:You have experience in a position related to customer acquisition, the preferred role of a marketing director, digital acquisition manager/director,You worked in an e:Commerce environment, and you have min 3 years of experience in managing a team.You have experience in a comparable role where you are coordinating activity across all digital marketing channels and will have a good track record of delivering ROI on digital marketing spendYou are experienced in building up and managing a teamYou have excellent analytical and numerical skills and a result:oriented mindset, always considering both long:term objectives and short:run performanceYou have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects/responsibilities at the same timeYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
