Wilshire is seeking a Head of Enterprise Technology to lead its internal Technology team and provide an outstanding technology experience for its employees, and a platform to enable the companys future growth. The position will act as a strategic partner to interface with departments across the firm to evaluate and deploy enterprise technology. Scope of responsibility includes global end:Essential Duties:Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the company has the appropriate technology infrastructure; guide and support implementation of new technologies as needed, selecting, and partnering with vendors when appropriateInterface with executives and functional leaders to define support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectivenessDefine and communicate department vision and missionEstablish annual goals and plan strategyfor completing goalsEstablish metrics, key performance indicators and service level agreements for driving the performance of the teamManage and operate within budget Lead administration of the companys Office 365 platformEnsure physical features such as WiFi and conference room A/V of companys offices are functioning and meeting employees needsManage the daily Information Technology operations staff which include the service deskTask manage all IT operation duties, including resource scheduling, ticket management, purchasing and inventory management Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in Information Technology management and leadership positions10+ years of experience managing large teamsExtensive experience delivering and supporting robust, scalable projects Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, Intune, ServiceNow and JIRA is highly desirable.Experience with sales operations platforms (Salesforce etc), financial platforms (Netsuite etc) and HRIS platforms, and similar internal business technology tools
