As the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to expand our reach, drive revenue, and enhance the value proposition of TaxDome for our clients.You will play a pivotal role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key partners across various industries to drive mutual success.The RoleResponsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.- Identify and prioritize potential partners, including accounting firms, software vendors, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering collaboration to achieve shared objectives.- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.- Drive partner enablement and engagement activities, including training, marketing collateral development, and joint selling efforts.- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.Ideal ProfileQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnership programs, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.- Strong understanding of accounting, tax, and financial services markets, with experience working in or selling to these industries.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership initiatives that drive measurable results.- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.Work format : full-time, EST, independent contractorCompensation : base salary depending on experience.
