**Recruiter/Vendor Manager**We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter/Vendor Manager for our Interpretations Department team to cover target recruitment needs and coordination of our vendors' activities.**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:- Recruit top talent for Call Centre Interpreter positions and achieve the team's hiring goals:Create job descriptions and postingsInterviews coordination- Participation in newcomers onboarding process- Ensure positive applicant experience through the hiring process- Reporting- Perform other special projects or duties when required**Essential Skills**:Associate/Bachelors degree or equivalentEnglish language proficiencyProficient computer skills: MSOffice**Desired Skills and Experience**:Experience in recruitment or vendor management within the Translation&Localization industry is a plusGood communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as a team member.Proactive and positive attitude**Other Requirements**:Working Internet Connection that meets internal speed requirementA quiet work space free of distractionsPC/Laptop & headset**Terms**:Work in a well-established company, a market leaderRemote workWorking hours can start at 10 or 11 am EST.
