The HR Manager is part of a six:person team and reports to the Director of HR.Essential**Responsibilities**:Works effectively across the organization to design appropriate employee developmentand staffing strategies.Assists in researching, curating, designing, and delivering staff development and training programs. (Learning solutions will be designed both in:house and with expert third parties.)Collaborates with leadership on team building efforts and promotion of positive organizational culture.Establishes credibility throughout the organization as an effective listener and problem solver; operates with highest degree of integrity; works with Director of HR to proactively resolve employee relations issues.Prepares and provides HR communications and presentations to staff.Is knowledgeable of and assists with implementation of employment policies and procedures.Desired QualificationsBachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in training and organizational development.Knowledge of current HR practices, and pertinent Federal, State and Local regulations.Strong oral and written communications.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong facilitation and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.An unquestioned track record demonstrating sound judgment, integrity, and ethics; a person of strong character who will quickly gain the trust of others.Unquestioned ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully.Experience managing multiple priorities effectively.Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative and to work under deadlines and changing priorities.Must thrive in a team setting but work well independently and self:sufficiently.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel) and Windows 10.Salary, Health, Well:being, and Living Our Mission
