We support our clients in implementing the best recommendations created with and for them.What will you do?Work as an integral memberofclient engagement project teams executing complex tasks and leading work streamsAnalyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence and/or environmental sustainabilityActively engage with clients through meetings, interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement effective solutionsAnalyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions and lead the development of high quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagementsConduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, DILOSDesign and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sitesDrive performance improvements by assisting client management teams in adjusting its governanceWho are you?Youre an experienced consultant who has worked with clients to implement operational improvements, notably in safety, operational excellence or sustainabilityYou hold a Masters degree in Importante empresa / HSE / BusinessYou have at least 3:5 years of experience in safety including process safety and cultural or behavioural safetyYou are bilingual or native in Polish and also speak fluent EnglishYou have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset willing to develop key expertise in safety and operations managementYoure comfortable dealing with clients and have strong business acumen in project planning and management.
