The Security Analyst will also be actively involved in user access reviews and compliance reviews including SOX.This position is also responsible for improving internal controls and driving change within the organization and will work closely with other Analysts, Security Administrator, and various technology, and compliance members across the organization.**Responsibilities**:Work on a team within the Information Technology organization focusing on compliance programs, processes, initiatives and acting as a point of contact and collaborating with other organization units within the company in these matters.Work with the user access reviews, analyze and search for issues.Track the resolution of the review issues.Provide support in utilizing Archer to develop a control testing methodology/workflow and execute a testing in accordance with infosec policies and standards.Support the build:out of infosec operations, structure, and toolsets in alignment with infosec standards, compliance requirements and Global ICS techstack.Respond to requests for information to support audit, regulatory, and technology standards reviews.Participate in risk assessment activities to identify, reduce, and report on enterprise, technical, operational, and compliance risk in order to develop internal policies and procedures.Develop a clear understanding and working knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and TRANZACT internal processes, including the organizations' internal controls. Organize data and other key information to assist with improved organizational efficiencies.**Requirements**:A minimum of 1 year of relevant internal controls or information security experience.User Access Review experienceStrong analytical skills.
