The Offer- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Flexible working options- Fantastic work cultureThe JobKey ResponsibilitiesInventory Management :- Monitor inventory levels and product performance across geographies and channels to identify trends and opportunities.- Develop and maintain a log of inventory movements to measure shrinkage and explain discrepancies between our ERP and the WMS at different warehouse locations.- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.- Collaborate with Inventory Planning, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.Data Analysis :- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify patterns and demand fluctuations.- Work closely with Finance, Planning and Fulfillment teams to understand promotional activities and product launches that may impact demand to provide a weekly forecast to the different warehouse locations.- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate inventory insights to key stakeholders.Process Improvement :- Continuously review and improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the inventory management system.Cross-functional collaboration :- Collaborate with Planning, Production, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate inventory movements and resolve any discrepancies.- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align inventory strategies with business goals.The ProfileQualifications- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail business with a good mix of owned ecommerce and wholesale channels.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL,or other inventory management software.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- Knowledge of inventory optimization principles and supply chain best practices.- Experience with forecasting and demand planning methodologies is a plus.The EmployerOur client crafts products made to last a lifetime through simple, functional designs ready for anything and everything.
