We are leaders in the development and manufacture of high:quality products for system catering and food retailing.For our Corpporate European IT we are looking for a IT Network Specialist.You can also work for us in hybrid /remote mode, provided you live in an European OSI country (Austria, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, UK, Ukraine).What your job includesResponsibility for evaluating, procuring and implementing network components and services for all European units.Ensuring and optimising the operation of communication networks and services, monitoring the functionality and capacity of networks and network services and providing availability statisticsConcept development to ensure highly available connectivity (LAN, WAN, WLAN) including VPNs, active carrier management and its roll:outImplementation and updating of processes for the operation of communication services, maintenance of technical plans and documentation in the area of responsibilityTroubleshooting in networks and services and initiating measures to minimise susceptibility to faults and increase service qualityCarryingout performance and capacity analyses for monitoring network capacity and utilisationProject work with a focus on IT infrastructure and communicationsWhat we expect from youCompleted studies (Bachelors/Masters degree in information technology) or comparable qualification such as a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (M/F/d) in system integration with corresponding further training.Several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in an international companyIn:depth knowledge of various network and firewall components as well as mobile devices and VPNExperience with SD:WAN technology, VoIP, ideally PKIGood communication skills as well as a structured, methodical and strong implementation approachVery good written and spoken German and English skillsYou find occasional business trips across Europe enrichingWhat we offer youWe are a company with flat hierarchies, short decision:making processes and a pronounced customer orientation in a special market.
