Achieve provided sales target (OP) and growth in assigned territory. Practice positive and pro:active customer engagement Provide information and updates on assigned therapeutic area and products to healthcare professionals / customers. Thinking out of box to ensure providing customer value and meeting unmet needs. Maintain close communication between sales and marketing department. Aware of market and customers intelligence Ensure appropriate and timely planning, execution and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives Ensure job competency and compliance of companyspolicy, values, ethic and pharma code of conduct. Ensure reports and assignedtasks are completed and submitted to relevant person in timely manner. Lead access nationwide project to list additional indications and new assets in MOH/Govt formularies (new launch as well) Build stakeholder map and ensure team members are executing deliverables and engagement within specific timelines Works closely with MAP/Medical on access deliverables and stakeholder engagementsWho You Are:Tertiary level with science, paramedic, business or marketing background. Minimum 5 years of Pharma sales experience. Self:motivated, ability to communicate effectively, independent and proactive Able to travel extensively especially outstation Able to handle discerning customer needs especially in Oncology Cross functional skills Access knowledge at hospital level especially key MOH oncology centersWhat we offer:With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
