**:- La versión en español sigue -****This is a 12-month mandate for the Oxfam regional platform in Latin America & the Caribbean (mandate based in Bolivia).**The mandate is under the Equality in Action Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP), which takes place in 12 countries and 3 regions over a eight-year period (2020-2028). The VCP aims to increase the involvement of local partners in countries of intervention in inclusive, innovative and sustainable initiatives that will advance gender equality. Oxfam's role is to support these organizations, working with the most vulnerable and marginalized people, to claim and exercise their rights. Oxfam places the rights of women, girls, and vulnerable and marginalized people at the heart of everything it does.**Here's what your daily life will look like**:In close collaboration with Oxfam's regional platform team members, your mandate will be to:- Lead relations with the region's traditional and independent media, and new digital information formats, seeking to secure Oxfam's agenda among audiences of interest;- Propose and lead communications projects for influence through external allies to ensure sustainability of the organization's agenda in the medium term;- Support the capacity building of Oxfam teams in the region and their local partners in the design of communication strategies and support Oxfam country teams and their partners in the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the results achieved in the communication strategies used;- Adapt and improve the regional mobilization and digital communication strategy (alliances, activities, digital communication) articulated to Oxfam's regional influence strategy in the region and that of its partners, identify and evaluate new digital communication tools, monitor and evaluate the success of internal and digital communication initiatives and campaigns, and develop a mapping of digital audiences.**For this mandate you must**:- Be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status in Canada;- Have a university degree in Communication, Digital communication, or other relevant field;- Have 2 years of relevant experience to the mandate (in creating digital communication strategies, managing social networks with innovative content, reporting on digital campaign results);- Be fluent in Spanish, spoken and written (required);- Master the Office Suite.**What we offer**:- Monthly allowance for living expenses;- 20% increase in the allowance per accompanying child (maximum of 2 children) 1,500$ CAD per year/per child for school fees;- Monthly housing allowance;- Round trip flight with 2 checked luggage;- Round trip flight for accompanying child(ren) 200$ CAD for additional luggage;- Advantageous medical insurance for you and the accompanying child(ren);- A volunteer support program during your mandate and up to two months after the end of your mandate;- 20 days of vacation and other holidays;- Access to various training courses (E-Learning, etc.);- A rewarding experience with a well-known and recognized organization.**Oxfam has a zero-tolerance policy against any behavior that violates its code of conduct, including sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse, as well as lack of integrity, corruption and fraud.****To do this, Oxfam will ensure recruiting people who demonstrate and embody the same values.**We thank all applicants for their interest, only those selected will be contacted.**América Latina - Consejero.a en Comunicación digital*******- Version español -*******Se trata de un mandato de 12 meses para la plataforma regional de Oxfam en América Latina y el Caribe (mandato basado en Bolivia).**El mandato es parte del Programa de Cooperación Voluntaria (PCV) de Igualdad en Acción, que se ejecuta en 12 países y 3 regiones durante un período de ocho años (2020-2028).El PCV tiene como objetivo aumentar la participación de las socias locales en los países de intervención a través de iniciativas inclusivas, innovadoras y sostenibles que promoverán la igualdad de género.
