Lawyer / Abogado

Requirements:

- English level not lower than upper-intermediate;

- at least three years of professional experience as a lawyer;

- knowledge of civil law includingcorporate law, contract law;

- knowledge of advertising law, competition law, of passenger transportation legislation;

- experience of participating in court hearings.

Duties:

- corporate procedures (registration / liquidation of a legal entity, change of director / secretary / treasurer / company address);

- government Relations(writing letters / appeals / complaints, writing responses to appeals, conducting licensing activities for the company, participating in meetings, etc.);

- consultation on various issues (advertising, labor law, intellectual property law, etc.);

- contract work (analysis of contracts for compliance with current legislation, for compliance with the organization requirements; drafting of contracts).

Work conditions:

- consulting cost starting from 3000 PEN / month;

- work in office or home office;

- negotiable salary.
