Logistic And Costumer Service Supervisor : Lima

On behalf of our client, a well:known transnational mass consumption company, we are looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Supervisor.What is the profile?Professionals in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.Complementary education in Costumer Service, as well as in Foreign Trade and/or Logistics is desirable.Must have english proficiency at an advanced levelExperience in inventory control and distribution.Experience of two to three years in similar roles.What will be the challenges?Manage and control all logistics and customer service processes in Peru.Establish processes that guarantee the FS at all points of the supply chain.Maintain and develop communication channel with the logistics operator, as well as establish collaboration and teamwork relationships internally and externally.Assume full responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of service in accordance with the companys objectives and enforce high standards of service to the logistic operator.Lead activities that seek continuous process improvement and savings for the company.
