Purpose:- Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial/tax processing, reporting, supervising staff; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual and Sunat.- Key Responsibilities:- Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions- Maintains financial/tax security by adhering to internal controls- Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information- Has full responsibility for supervise accounts payable with accounting hub.- Plan and manage accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company- Assist internal, external and Sunat auditors- Supervise creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP- Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices- Requisite Education and Experience:- 5 -8 years of work experience- 2 years leading high performance teams- Advanced english- Advanced excel level (Power BI)- Preferable SAP experienceAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
