Description and RequirementsJob Description- Assist marketing manager in develop, deploy, and control all Marketing and Communications campaigns, including Events, Advertising (online, offline), incentive programs, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement, among others.- Develop digital led / always on end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive new customers acquisitions, lead generations and brand awareness.- Liaise with all concerned parties (sales, channels, procurement, product) to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.- Expertise in both Marketing to End Users and Marketing to Business.- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.- Work closely with alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaign.- Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.- This role is based in Lima, Peru and the scope includes Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Ecuador.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.- At least 3+ years of experience in marketing with strong background in marketing campaigns.- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.- Well-organized and detail oriented.- Working knowledge of market research, trends, surveys, and data analytics.- Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
