.NET Software Architect- Lima, PEApril 22, 2023As a Software Architect, you will play a central role in the design, development, and delivery offor Continuous Delivery and SOLID architecture and a strong background in building scalablesystems using C#/.NET, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript using a Scrum/Agile developmentmethodology.As a senior member of the development team, we are looking for someone to be a mentor toothers, an advocate of best practices, and an active coach across the organization. In this role you work with on a collaborative team of engineers - so excellentinterpersonal and communication skills are also a must.**Key Responsibilities**:- Contribute to strategic architecture and vision- Evaluate new tools and technologies, create prototypes and proof of concepts, and shareyour result with your peers- Actively mentor engineers to develop their expertise- Work with engineering teams as they start new projects to ensure a maintainablearchitecture is created- Adhere to and advocate for development best practices including test driven developmentand agile methodologies- Contribute ideas for continually improving the team's productivity and code quality- Become an expert in our existing systems in order to innovate on their furtherimprovement**Qualifications**:- 10 years of experience in producing software; last 2-4 contributing at a Senior level- Expert-level experience with at least C# and the.NET runtime and JavaScript- Expert experience with TDD, SOLID design, SOA, scalability- Organize and prioritize individual workload in order to meet required deadlines- Communicate effectively with team members, team leads, and on occasion with clients- Work as a member of a team, accept ownership of work and actively contribute to teamdiscussions- Excellent english level- We are an equal opportunity employer
