Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is as follows:2nd Level Support and Troubleshooting.Coordinate and supervise partners and team members for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.Prepare technical documents upon request (ATP, RCA, RFO, MOP, HLD, LLD, etc.).Install, Configure, Test and Commissioning network devices(Routers, Switch, Firewall, Wireless Controller, Access Point, etc.)Install, Configure, Maintain company Core Network.Conduct training for 1st, 2nd Level and NOC Team.Conduct and lead proof of concept (POC) testing.Advice 1st, 2nd Level and NOC Team on technicalrelated matters.**Qualifications**:Minimum experience of 3 years working ina similar roleFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage)Strong understanding of LAN/WAN Architecture and TCP/IP protocolsSolid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, IS:IS, MPLS, OSPF)Proven experience with Linux and Microsoft Servers and handling Database related matters (Microsoft SQL, MYSQL, MariaDB)Experience in configuring network devices but not limited to (Router, Switch, Firewall, Access Point, Wireless Controller)Team player and willing to explore further to improve knowledge and skillsReady to work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.Able to effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written communications.Familiar with but not limited to (Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, Huawei, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)Any Certification will be advantageous.Application GuideRecord a 1:2 minute self:introduction video uploaded to any video hosting platform such as Google Drive or YouTube.
