Operations Director

Main responsibilities:1. Establish the vision, strategy and objectives of the following organizations:Safety and environment to achieve a safe work environment that complies with current legal regulations, corporate requirements or those of our clients. Drive compliance with the rules that save livesProduction, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Graphic Arts to achieve the business objectives of meeting demand in a sustainable, economical way and with the required quality.Maintenance and projects to ensure the proper functioning of our assets and facilities.Quality, ensuring manufacturing according to the specifications of our customers2. Manage the human group in charge, keeping them aligned with the operational pillars and motivated to achieve our safety, quality, productivity and scrap objectives, establishing a culture of data and continuous improvement.3. Ensure the scope of results meeting the expense budget.4. Adhere to and promote Amcors Safety Leadership principles.5. Promote compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations, the Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Amcors Safety standards.6.
