Our strategic plan includes further expansion through additional acquisitions as well as organic growth to become the market leading supply chain and trade finance company with the flexibility of a FinTech along with the support of world leading private equity firm, Blackstone.The Role:Responsibilities:Assist in planning and strategizing direction for Commercial Financing with the support from First Line Manager.Support the Manager to leverage industry best practices to meet collection targets, analyze the AR trends and minimize collection risk.Manage the collection activities, late payment fees, unapplied cash/credit, monitor clients account for non:payments or delayed payments and other irregularities.Provide AR data for credit risk analysis, manage and resolve complex collection issues and customer disputes. Organizing a recoverysystem and initiate collection efforts.Prepare account reconciliation reports where applicable to support the operations, coordinate with credit control, bad debts analyst of exceptional, problematic or suspicious clients and provide case histories where applicable to minimize bad debt / loss from fraud.Supervise credit line and order management for suppliers and business partners.Support the Manager to sustain a high:performance team via coaching, effective communication and enabling effective team processes by collaborating with internal teams, internal/external stakeholders, Management and clients to ensure satisfactory operational results.Work with manager and team to identify and develop innovative solution and drive process improvement to enhance operational capability.Engage in training and coaching to team members in daily operations.Understand business process and assist team in resolving issues to ensure compliance to all auditing processes.Maintain audit readiness position by ensuring that all processes and procedures are adhered to controls guidelines.Prepare analysis of control reports and measurement report to identify issues with corrective actions to minimize any financial or control exposure.The role provides operational and administrative support to the business by being responsible for organizational tasks of varying complexity.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree, with minimum of 5 years' experience in business support operations or Order to Cash and collections.Experience as team leader or leading a team with minimum of 3 yearsDemonstrated expertise working directly with and delighting internal/external clients.Good communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skill, great teamwork and collaboration skills.Analytical and problem solving skills to deploy cross functional solutions.Take ownership and accountability of work assigned.Able to communicate in other languages are added advant
