They are currently looking for a Pre:Sales Lead and Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team to grow the business together.Identify and accelerate enterprise learning solutions to large enterprise organisations.Identify and accelerate digital reskilling programs with government and funding agencies.Work with enterprise accounts to design and deliver business plans.Carry out consultation sessions with potential clients to identify business learning needs.As the spokesperson and catalyst to promote digital reskilling solutions to potential clients.Business Development ManagerPromote and pitch enterprise learning solutionsto largecorporate and government accounts.Work with government and funding agencies to roll out digital reskilling solutions.Work with internal team to develop and introduce enterprise learning and solution:based campaigns.Carry out Training Needs Analysis with solution providers and strategic partners to create large scale solutions.The Successful ApplicantExtensive experience in providing consulting services on business and digital transformation to large accounts.Proven experience in leading adult and lifelong learning solutions in the private and public sectors.Solid track records in managing large enterprise clients, especially in the banking or relevant industries for the above solution.Business Development ManagerHunter with 5 years of direct enterprise sales experience.Demonstrate experience working with government and funding agencies to design large scale training solutions.Experience in getting funding from various agencies for corporate training and EdTech solutions.
