The company markets the seed to more than 35 countries, employs 340 people and has breeding and seed production sites in several locations in Denmark as well as in Sweden, Italy, France, and the USA**Process engineer with an analytical and proactive approach..**In the newly created position as process engineer, it will be your responsibility to optimize and secure the production is running smoothly. Together with your team of three great colleagues your overall focus will be to optimize the production process. Some of you primary tasks are:- Drive the dialogue with our operators to make sure the production is running smooth- Identify and drive new projects to optimize our production (investing in new machines / improvement projects on current machines)- Identify, develop and implement process improvements with our team- Make sure we reach our production quality targets- Manage the test setups to control reliability and repeatability of the process- Analyze the variability of the process (6 sigma)**What do you bring to the field?**You must thrive with a great variety in tasks. It motivates you to support the daily operations but also drive the improvement of existing processes. We imagine you:- Have a relevant education within mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar- Have experience with data analysis- Are interested in project management- Are a proactive team player who thrives when improving the business- Speaks and writes English on a professional levelIt is an advantage if you have experience in Lean Management and continuous improvement.**We are looking forward to hear from you**The position is a full-time position in Holeby, Denmark.
