Responsible for developing and leading the mid- and long-term strategy in the categories in charge, ensuring the alignment with Global/regional strategy and satisfying the consumer needs in the local market.**What you'll do**:- Elaboration and execution of the annual marketing plan (+trade marketing, promotions, and commercial actions).- Product planification and projections to coordinate with supply chain.- Lead project management of innovation projects, ensuring to feed the innovation pipeline continually and launching to the market according to "time to market" commitment (teamwork and cross functional collaboration).- Market share and financial indicators of products in charge (price, margin).- Implementation of brand campaigns and actions to improve the brand positioning.**What you'll bring**:- Relevant previous experience as Product manager or brand manager. Ideally: experience in construction/industry companies.- Completed studies in Marketing, General Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar, providing a solid foundation in the relevant disciplines as marketing manager, product manager or similar positions.- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the traditional, specification, and industrial markets.
