The person collaborates with Mine and will develop new and ongoing initiatives to optimize mining production and will collaborate with different stakeholders.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**:Bachelor in Mine engineeringMinimum 1 years of experience in similar positions.English:oral and written Intermediate level.Knowledge in Datamine Studio EPS (or other sequencer) DESWIK or MinesightStrong collaboration skills that enable building strong, positive relationships with diverse groupsThe ability to anticipate potential problems and check for out:of:the:ordinary conditions, as well as having a strong sense of accountabilityStrong leadership experience and great communication skills.**Key Responsibilities**:Responsible for monitoring, follow up and evaluation of mining productivity.Perform Weekly and Monthly KPI of production progress.Propose alternative mine design base on mining software.Ensure the fulfillment and priority of the safety of the personnel, equipment and facilities in the operational processes, based on the standards and procedures, as well as the environmental control.PerformMonthly External and Internal roads maintenance program.**Key Relationships and Department Overview**:Reporting to the Mining projects chief and productivity; the Productivity Engineer plays a key role in safety and productivity goals that operation demand.
