Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.This position reports toSenior Project Lead Engineer**Responsibilities**:- Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.- Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.- Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevantto your engineering discipline.- Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Lima, Perú and elsewhere.- Developing your management and communication skills by working with entry-level employees.- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.Your background- Bachelor?s degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.- Solid knowledge in control and automation systems, mainly 800xA and Minerals Library.- 1 year of minimum experience in development of control and automation systems (professionals and/or interns in the area).- Desirable knowledge in data analysis through statistical techniques and Machine Learning, etc.- Advanced level of English.- Availability to travel.More about ushybrid #LI-hybrid
