Youll have a mix of hands:on Project Management work, with strategic planning of working methodologies. Youll work closely with the Executive Management, and Operational Country partners of Selinas, all over the world.Create the strategic vision, and lead the creation of a new Project Management team at Selina, for Cross organizational projects; Professionally lead the Companys Roadmap of cross:organizational projects.Form and manage a group of global professional Tech Project Managers, and Commercial Project Managers, based in Israel, Europe and Latam, who are in charge of all Cross organizational projects of Selinas global activity.Create and enforce PM working methodologiesandtools, to ensure an efficient environment of Projects Delivery in Selina. Oversee the companys cross projects, assuring that product and project goals are achieved and that the projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the desired scope.Develop and maintain professional working relationships with different interfaces in the company who are project partners; R and D, UX/UI Studio, Marketing, Global Commercial roles and Country teams. Establish new working streams where needed, including operating with external vendors.Create a culture of Projects updates and communications to Senior Management and relevant projects partners on a timely basis.At least 1 of experience managing a team of project managers.At least 4 years of experience as a project manager of R and D or Commercial projects, in a matrix environment, driving cross functional projects in a global environment.Relevant education:preferably Business Administration/MBA/ Industrial Importante empresa/ PMOA self:driven leader with incredible communication skills.Proven Project management, and Strategic planning skills.Extensive knowledge and experience with different PMO methodologies and strategies, familiarity with best practices and relevant challenges.A technological and business understanding as well as good familiarity with work processes of an organization.End:to:End accountability and non:compromised execution standards.Excellent English and presentation skills:verbal and writingA results oriented creative problem solver.Very good analytical skillsTechnical and tech savvy
