Combining our deep technical expertise with a 30:year track record, we deliver innovative, value:add consulting studies, project delivery, asset operations and maintenance solutions to the mining and metals, oil and gas, and industrial sectors.We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Projects and Operations Lead:Sustainability Perú to be based in our Lima office ready to provide solutions for our Sustainability projects.About the role:Support the Operations Director with the administration of operational performance, reporting and follow up.:Participate with active involvement in strategic planning, as required.:Assure the implementation of the Ausenco Quality procedures in all Sustainability projects. Provide feedback to the Quality team on standard procedures implementation to feed continuous improvement process.:Support Project Managers to ensure adoption of best practices and adequate use of Ausenco systems, through sharing of information and training to support successful delivery of outcomes.:Ensure that projects maintain, realistic and accurate projections of Importante empresa requirements and financial performance.:Lead certain key projects in the Sustainability business as Study / Project Manager, if required from time to time.:Maintain awareness of BD pipeline toadequately plan resources in conjunction with the various Discipline/Department Managers for timely execution of projects.**Qualifications**:About you:Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role with past responsibility for operations/project management in a complex department/division/organization.:Previous experience in Importante empresa consultancy or professional services related to environmental services and sustainability (preferred).:Previous team management experience (preferred).:Completion of a university degree in Importante empresa, Geology, Biology, Environmental Sciences or similar.:Good English level spoken and written (mandatory).Working for Ausenco means you won't settle for the status quo:you'll be part of a forward:thinking, culturally diverse organisation.
