If you're enthusiastic about overseeing payroll processing, managing vendor invoices, and ensuring smooth lease administration, this opportunity is tailored for you! The Role Responsibilities:
Manage vendor invoices efficiently, fostering positive relationships and ensuring timely payments. Collaborate with vendors to swiftly resolve billing inquiries and disputes. Ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations. Meticulously handle monthly bank reconciliations, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Utilize advanced software systems to manage property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm GMT
