Purchasing / Procurement Executive

To assist Local Purchasing Assistant Manager on operational matters pertaining to Local Purchase Department.To maintain procurement records such as items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality, performance and inventories.To discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, suppliers and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.To negotiate with supplier to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery scheduleTo liaise with local supplier on the delivery status of each long outstanding order.To monitor and update report for outstanding order from time to time.To liaise with local supplier on non:conformanceproducts.To ensure all the directdelivery by the mills / suppliers are carry out in good orders and condition.To liaise with logistic department on all direct delivery to ensure documents are forwarded to logistic department for billing.Any other duties and responsibility as and when necessary, at ad:hoc basis.Job RequirementsMinimum 2 working experience, preferably in a Steel Manufacturing Industry.Preferably with knowledge in metal related business.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.Able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, self:initiator and good teamwork.**Job Type**:Full:time**Salary**:RM2,800.00:RM3,800.00 per month
