Then we would like to talk to you about working on tomorrows challenges today.The MQ:9 Site Lead will be instrumental in managing, planning, and assisting in the daily operations of the Rapid:Launch and Recovery Element (R:LRE) program to support MQ:9 operations for the US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE).This role has the option to be on a Rotational Schedule or Full:Responsible for daily oversight and compliance of MQ:9 operations at deployed locations throughout Europe.Provides process improvement and management with government customers.Manage all assigned contractor personnel to accomplish air readiness on MQ:9 aircraft.Coordinate daily schedules to meet customer requirements.Assist with MQ:9 equipment and maintenance operations.Responsible for communication with program office and government personnel in regard to R:LRE operations.Provides oversight to team members at multiple MQ:9 launch and recovery sites.Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities to meet customerrequirements.Oversees logistics, maintenance, administration, personnel, and training functions to ensure appropriate resource readiness.Provides up:to:date accurate reports to reflect site activity.Responsible for observing and following all European laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations.Minimum Qualifications6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.Experience with MQ:9 operations and logistics or related DoD Programs.Ability to interface at all levels of command and leadership on a regular basis.Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations.Strong written and oral communication skills.Clearance:Must have a current active SECRET security clearance.Preferred RequirementsAirframe and Power Plant knowledgeExtensive writing and oral communication skillsDemonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changing organizational needsLI:NM1This opportunity resides with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, a business group within HIIs Mission Technologies division.
